We had a lovely relaxing lunch last Tuesday and went back for dinner this Thursday evening, was not dissapointed! It was bustling with people and the staff were still very attentive. The scallops were to die for. We will be going back very soon. Mark & Daisy 21/02/08

As ever we received excellent attention from everyone, a very friendly atmosphere in great surroundings. Food was excellent! 4/3/08

Had a few beers in the bar with some friends(6 of us) we did not feel as though we were out of place not eating a great place to meet friends will defo try the food next time. Andy and the noisy lot.

The smell of the burnng wood on the open fire mingled with the great food was lovely as we walked in on a beautiful sunny but cold day in February. We stumbled upon this gem of a place! How dare you keep it a secret. Caroline Masters, Kirdford, West Sussex.

I first visited this pub 10 years ago. How things have changed, then it was dark and cold. Good food and a great selection of real ales. Terry 23/02/08
